  6.       My Function Keys is SHAREWARE. This means:

  8.       1.All copyrights to My Function Keys are exclusively owned by 
  9.         RegSoft.com Inc., USA.
  10.  
  11.       2.This is a SHAREWARE version of My Function Keys, 
  12.         hereafter referred to as 'the Software', and you are hereby 
  13.         granted a non-exclusive license to use the Software.
  14.         If you have obtained the software free of charge your are not
  15.         entitled to support of any kind.
  16.  
  17.       3.Anyone may use this software during a test period.  The test period is
  18.         limited to only the use of 4 keys.  If you wish to access all the function
  19.         keys, you MUST register.
  20.  
  21.       4.RegSoft.com Inc. assumes no liability and is not responsible for any
  22.         misuse or damage caused by our software product. It's final user's
  23.         responsibility to obey all applicable local, state, federal and
  24.         countries laws.

  26.       5.Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to
  27.         use My function Keys on one computer (i.e. a single CPU),
  28.         for any legal purpose, at a time.  The registered My Function Keys 
  29.         software may not be rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred, 
  30.         if the person receiving it agrees to terms of this license. If the software 
  31.         is an update, the transfer must include the update and all previous versions.

  33.       6.The My Function Keys unregistered SHAREWARE version, may
  34.         be freely distributed, provided the distribution package is not modified.

  36.       7.My Function Keys IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS".
  37.         You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify,
  38.         decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the
  39.         licensed program, make available either intentionally or otherwise your
  40.         registration details to other persons, use the software contrary to
  41.         acceptable use policies, or any subset of the licensed
  42.         program, except as provided for in this agreement.
  43.         Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic
  44.         termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil
  45.         prosecution. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by
  46.         RegSoft.com Inc. USA.

  48.       8.Installing and using My Function Keys signifies acceptance
  49.         of these terms and conditions of the license.

  51.       9.If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove
  52.         My Function Keys files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.

  54.       10.The license will terminate automatically and the software
  55.          unregistered if you fail to comply with any of the above terms and
  56.          conditions.  The license may be terminated by either party at any
  57.          time and without notice.
